HEALTH

Bella Frieda Farm guarantees the health of every puppy we send home! As new owners, it is your responsibility to have your puppy checked by a veterinarian within 7 days of leaving the farm. We recommend that you contact your veterinarian to set up the puppy’s vaccination schedule and a well-puppy exam during this time. Puppies determined to be sick or unfit should be returned as soon as possible for a full refund of the purchase price. The purchaser will be responsible for the transportation or cost of shipping the dog back to the kennel. If the owner elects to have the dog treated by a veterinarian for sickness or disease during the first seven days in which the health guarantee is in effect, the purchase price will be refunded, or the vet bill will paid, up to the purchase price of the dog, whichever is less. Bella Frieda Farm does not guarantee the ability or suitability of the dog to reproduce or be used for breeding. Puppies are not guaranteed for accidental injury, death, poisoning, or theft. Bella Frieda Farm will not be responsible for vet expenses incurred exceeding the value of the dog.

HIPS

Bella Frieda Farm guarantees the dog has hip conformation satisfactory for it to function as a normal hunting dog up to the age of 24 months. The purchase price of the dog will be refunded if the dog is diagnosed as dysplastic and the dog is returned to Bella Frieda Farm, euthanized, or undergoes hip repair surgery by a veterinarian.

EIC & CNM

Bella Frieda Farm guarantees the puppy to be categorized as not “affected” by EIC or CNM by a genetic test.

PRA & RETINAL DYSPLASIA

Bella Frieda Farm guarantees the dog’s eyes to be free of both “Progressive Retinal Atrophy” and “Retinal Dysplasia” for up to one year of age. The purchase price of the dog will be refunded after diagnosis by a veterinary ophthalmologist, confirmed by genetic testing for hereditary PRA or Retinal Dysplasia, and the dog is returned to Bella Frieda Farm or upon providing a certificate of euthanasia by a veterinarian.

Bella Frieda Farm will not be financially responsible for expenses or losses incurred due to property damage, accidental injury, sickness, or death of other pets and/or persons resulting from contact with the puppy.

If you choose to continue feeding your puppy Life’s Abundance Food, we will give you a Lifetime (up to 10 years) Replacement Warranty. This means that if your pup/ dog should pass away due to a health-related reason, we will replace him for you.

To Qualify for the Lifetime Warranty:

You must use this link: lifesabundance.com/bellafriedafarm so that we know you are ordering through our account. You must continue feeding only a Life's Abundance food.
There must be no sign that your pup was ever neglected or mistreated, overworked, or cared for in a way that would cause him/ her to become ill and pass away.
You must also have your pup microchipped with us or within 10 days of leaving our home. Please send us your receipt showing that he/ she was microchipped. This will help us know for certain that your pup is the same one who left our home to become a part of yours
